Only Compliant is....
So I bought these to help with a wart/callus on the ball of foot under my second metatarsal. I have been to the dermatologist and podiatrist..The podiatrist cut these foam type pieces in the shape of you and used adhesive to hold them in place in my shoes. All that did was make that area that was open swell and create pain and pressure points elsewhere. I did this for about a week and change. He mentioned metatarsal pads if I wanted to spend money and buy some. After combing through Amazon and reviews I settled on these. While the toe ring part takes a minute to get used to I have been wearing these product (one foot only) for 5 days and it has made a big difference. No more swelling. The spot they are looking at on the ball of my foot is a lot smaller and improving daily. I am grateful for these pads. The clear set of gel pads I have not used yet but I assume if the quality and wear is as good as these they will work out great! My only complaint is these were on s daily deal or flash sale for 9$. I was trying to check out and it gave me a weird error. By the time I got back into Amazon cart I missed by a minute!! So I did the 15$. Still worth it!

I've worn the cushions on both feet all day and am amazed at how much better I feel
I'm a 48 year old female (5'8"/145 lbs) and have been an athlete my entire life. About a month ago, I started having pain on the ball (metatarsal area) of my right foot. Initially, it kept me from doing small things, but, as of a week ago, I could barely walk. I received this product yesterday. Honestly, I was skeptical/doubtful as to whether this would help. I've worn the cushions on both feet all day and am amazed at how much better I feel. The pain is virtually gone...wish I'd have ordered these 4 weeks ago.

Nice pads that stay in place
These metatarsal pads are surprisingly light weight. They even fit well in open toe sandals without shifting and I do not even feel them under my feet. I wear these pads almost every day and clean them with soap and water in the evening. They air dry overnight and are ready to be worn the next day. The little toe ring that holds the pads in place is barely noticeable. The gel pads also stay in place in another pair of shoes and provide a nice soft and bouncy cushion for my feet. I also remove the gel pads at the end of the day to clean them with soap and water and insert them the next day in another pair of shoes. So far the adhesive on the gel pads is holding up.

SURPRISE!!
This was a really great deal! I actually purchased The wrong brand that a friend suggested. This product was was less expensive and had all kinds of foot products in the box...more than I realized. I love the pads that work for thong sandals and protect the area between your toes. I can wear a few of these items together for comfort. Many people complain about pads shifting and not staying in place when they buy this type of product, but the toe-looped metatarsal pads actually seem to stick to my foot and stay in place. Just thick enough for comfort without taking away room from my shoe. I was really pleasantly surprised! Of course no one can tell you're wearing them either.

Love these!
Love these!!! I bought them to help me get through long days of standing on the concrete at work. Heaven for my feet! I thought I was getting 2 pair of them, but what I got instead was the harder silicone heal cushions. I have plenty of those. I love the squishy feel of these. They sooth the balls of my feet even though I don't have metatarsal problems. The loop for the "tallman" toe helps these stay in place quite well. I actually use them for my heals as well! Just wish I could buy just these squishy ones!!! I have searched the internet & only come up with this combination of pads....sad to say.... sort of like our government, always piggy backing items...

Work great!
With Mortons Neuromas on both feet, I've been using special inserts. Adding the ball of footpads increases my comfort. I've used both the gel over toe pad, and the shoe insert pad. Each works well on its own, stays put during long walks. Am ordering more, in case the over toe tears, and for other shoes .

Really helped me
I'm a drummer and now that I'm older I'm starting to experience some numbness and even shooting nerve pain, mostly in my right foot because it's the foot that plays the bass drum. Apparently, the shock of the bass drum pedal as the beater hits the head is so great that over time it has damaged the nerves in my right foot. I've been using these silicone gel pads for a while now and they really make a difference! The shooting pain in my right foot has gone away, and the numbness is better too.I also want to say that I really like the toe loop they have. That really keeps them in place and prevents them from bunching up or sliding around.

Really works
When foot pain starting becoming a daily issue I ordered several different types of metatarsal pads. This one looked the flimsiest, so I tried all of the others first. While some of the other types worked, they irritated my toes and caused blistering. I finally tried these and I wish I just started with this set. The toe loop keeps pad in place (I do have to rearrange the pad once I put on my sock) and I don't experience any slippage, even when walking on my treadmill. Has alleviated my foot pain and I wear them daily, washing a couple of times a week. Am ordering more so I always have some on hand.

Nice cushion for the feet
I am very new to this type of sole cushion. It comes with two types of different gel cushion, I had been use both of them for two pairs of my shoes. At first it was very weird to put on. Especially the ones that you have to slide your second toe through. But after wearing it for more than an hour, you will not notice the difference. It’s very comfortable to wear this for long period of time. Especially if you are doing hiking or working while you are on your feet all the time.I do recommend them especially you had been feeling strain at your metatarsal joints lately

Very cuchy
PRO- Very cuchy, and not as thick as I originally thought- Evenly distributes weight/pressure and gives a good support- Perfect fit for me (Show size Men US 9-9.5)CON- Feels somewhat slippery, but good enough for walking and light jogging.- You'll need to wear socks to hold the pad in place. At the end of the day, it will be very smelly (just wash it away)

Works quite well.
The ball of foot cushions seem to help very much although I'd still like to seek permanent relief. Also, for around the house, I'd like to get ones similar but wrap around foot so I could walk barefoot around house. With these you really must have slippers or shoes on. That said, they do certainly help with the pain of walking, if not the underlying issue.
