I had a 3rd degree tear after having my son as well as hemmrhoids and this helped sooth both. I've noticed my stitches have felt much better this time then when I had my older son.

Though I am not a new mother, being human, I still have needs down in the nether regions that need addressing from time to time. These little tablets help to soothe what's ailing me, or just to use to keep things extra clean and healthy.You will need a sitz bath to use these. Fill it up with hot water, although, don't sit it in until it's cooled just enough to be comfortable on your more delicate skin. Don't wait too long though because the heat is helpful.Drop one tablet in the sitz bath. If you are using this for an entire bath, you'll need at least 4 of them. These are best though reserved for those sitz baths that are meant to sit on your toilet seat.They are soothing and healing. Personally, I really didn't detect much of a scent at all while using, but they are soothing. You'll need to sit there for a good 20 minutes or so. I try to stay until the water turns cool. Just make sure that you have your bathroom reading material handy to get you through your session.It's very clean and you won't end up smelling dainty or funky. Just fresh and clean.Though they market this for postpartum healing, as well as for hemorrhoids, it's good for any sort of healing and cleansing in that region. In fact, I'd venture to say that it's also very good for men to use for any sort of needs in that region, from front to back. It's just a good, clean product that cleans, heals and soothes all sorts of issues that you might experience in your most private areas.

Useless. Doesn’t work. Poor quality

It helps with the aftercare, i gave it 3 starts for pain relief since it doesnt do miracles but it still does help. i gave it 3 starts on moisturizing since it could use a bit more but its probably best to stay the way it is since the body its quite sensitive down there.

Didn’t notice any difference, doesn’t dissolve very well either so you have little white particles floating in your bath water.

These sitz salt tablets are a game changer. I was told to try sitz bath for hemorrhoid relief and Epsom salts were recommended. I never knew something like this existed before I got the hemorrhoids. Nobody ever wants to talk about those, but if you are ever unlucky enough to get them, this product will save your butt. Literally. So easy to use because you don’t have to deal with measuring or pouring salts, just put a tablet into the sitz bath and it dissolves into a refreshingly relieving treatment. They also have a nice, relaxing scent. 100% recommend these for any uncomfortable situation down there.
