I have small shoulders and the straps are on the thick side making them hard to adjust to a comfortable position on me. They tend to put uncomfortable pressure in that area so I find myself trying to adjust the staps all day. Other then that the belt truly help with my back issue.

I don't know how this product is a 5 star. I feel no support what so ever. It's just a fancy looking material with padding. I bought it for lower back pain, and I feel no difference with it. It's not keeping my posture straight either.
