This powder has a relatively high conductivity. It depends on how the test is conducted. But compared to oxide, it is much better. GO and RGO are both not actually graphene, so there is a fundamental loss in properties for those products.

Is this graphene soluble in water?

This material is not very soluble (if at all) in water, nor in other simple solvents like acetone. ethanol, etc. You can try to make a thin film from a suspension of the solid in water, but it is difficult to get a uniform film. You do need a chemical treatment to make it soluble. See an article by Kelly and Billups in "Accounts of Chemical Research", 2013; Vol. 46#1, pp. 4-13.

300 mW laser can move it?

I have a: 532 nm laser with an output of <500mw (max output).... it's not extremely stable but I can test with this if you describe the process you're interested in having me try. And how to keep the graphene from being contaminated (for the integrity of the test).

It's Graphite Not Graphene 1 star

I was very disappointed with the quality of this product. Under the Microscope there are no platelet populations, by definition, this is not Graphene as stated what I got was purified Activated Carbon, not Carbon platelets. Carbon platelets form at 700 degrees Celsius and this material would require further processing to call it Graphene or use the word Graphene anywhere in its description. wasted time and money.
