Stockings were advertised as 20-32mmhg. A true 20-30 would be very difficult to put on because of the level of compression or squeeze. The sz small pair I received had minimal compression, especially in the foot area. These are looser, fit like 18-20 mmgh.

I worked at Starbucks and given that we stand long hours daily, I needed something for support and in my case, it did work. I came home and I put it on and slightly elevate my legs. I also have water retention and the product did help with the swelling.

These support stockings/socks did not even come up to my knees They were so bad that they kept rolling /falling down my legs
