Works great, less mess and fewer germs!!

The faucet was nice at first and I had no problems besides the touchless sensor not picking up on my hands unless they we right in front of it almost touching. The main problem is that the threads on the part that holds the nozzle pop out of place and it falls apart. All I use to make sure it is tight is my hand. After messaging the company, they quickly sent a replacement faucet that fixed the issue. Great customer service willing to help!

This faucet… I have never in my life encountered such a frustrating piece of equipment. The washer to connect to the counter top would not Thread properly, I spent the better part of thirty minutes fighting with the cheap materials, just trying to get it to thread. Fast forward two months, the water pressure completely dies and only a trickle of water comes out. To my horror, trouble shooting requires completely uninstalling to isolate the issue. Some reviews talk about having to disconnect the handle because it controls water flow, others talk about lose connections in the faucet head. When none of these issues provided a resolution, I moved on to the control box. After fighting with the cheap plastic box and “closing” the option for the sensor, the issue was not resolved. The final step involved completely removing the control box, which worked. I now have water pressure. I then got back under the sink to reinstall it and secure it to the counter top… again a 30 minute battle that consisted of me wanting to throw the washer because it wouldn’t Thread properly.Now, in between all of this, during the troubleshooting phase, I reached out to Amazon who refused to replace or refund. They put me in touch with the manufacturer whom never returned my voicemails or emails. I ended up just working on the issue over the course of a week trying to figure out what the issue was. The control box is no longer connected, therefore I no longer have access to the touch less feature.Please do not waste your time with this purchase. There must be far better options at a far better price.

This touchless faucet is both sleek looking and the functionality is accurate to the description. The water pressure on both running water and the sprayer has increased from our old sink probably double. The touchless feature is very responsive and we have had no issues with it at all. The install is self explanatory and seems to be holding up without any issues. Some have Complained of looseness at the nut from under the sink but I have had no problems with that as the design seems to be comparable to other sinks I have installed. The look and feel is very solid and it appears to be easy to clean so far with the six weeks of use it has had. For half the price of the Kohler and Moen models it seems to be an easy choice.

My old kitchen faucet was on its last leg and I stumbled upon this kitchen faucet. What a great find! The installation was VERY easy. You just need some wrenches and a screwdriver! I would recommend shutting the water off to the house before installation to avoid any mishaps. Angle stops don't always cut water off completely. Installation was less than hour and the directions were pretty straightforward. There are also youtube videos that can help with installation if you search Gimili Faucet Installation. The packaging was the product came in was secure so nothing gets scratched. I also like when the water sensor gets triggered and if I walk away it will turn off after some time. Great feature if you are doing a million things in the kitchen and forget to turn the water off. Very pleased that I can prep raw meat and wash my hands after without having to touch anything!! This is a must have for any kitchen!

I was excited to unpack it. It looks elegant. But during installation, I noticed that the steel ring is too loose, probably of bigger size. It keeps on falling down. The customer support was excellent. I called them, got connected in few minutes and replacement was ordered quickly. No charge for replacing faulty product. Will update my comment if there is any issue with the new faucet.

I wanted a gold faucet to match my blue cabinets & gold kitchen hardware and this faucet is PERFECT! I love the touchless feature especially when cooking. I’ve had mine for over a year and needed a control box replacement and customer service addressed my concern so quickly!

Looks great and was a quick install for my son. Works great too!
