I've been a big fan of Lutein as a supplement for many years and have been looking for a suitable replacement ever since a certain high street pharmacy chain stopped including it as an ingredient in its daily vitamin tablet packs. Having had a full scan of my eyes and being told that the macular was in good health despite my other problems, I'm of the opinion that it's been working and my eye always feel 'softer' and like they don't need to work as hard when I'm taking them compared to when I'm not.These 50mg tabs are small and easy to swallow, almost flavourless and deliver quite a high dose of the active components. There's a good supply in each pack and although I feel like they could have some other substances added to really home in on the ocular health goal, there's plenty to like about these tablets and I'll be continuing to take them to guard against problems in the future.

These are easy to swallow tablets. I appreciate the fact that they are clearly marked as being suitable for vegans. Did you get 19 of the tablets in the container and the recommend you take between one and two as ideally serving. Each tablet gives you a high dosage of 50 mg of lutein. I’m not sure if two tablets daily is therefore necessary. You get an expiry date of over a year from the time of ordering so there is plenty of time to use.

It has 50mg of lutein. I decided to start taking this supplement (not sure why I haven thought of it years ago) as now that I am older my vision is getting worse and so is my dry eyes. So I am hoping that in time this will help slow down some of the deterioration and symptoms.The tablets itself is a doddle to swallow as tiny and round. I take two a day.
