Awesome. Beginner to Advanced Players.
I love these harps. I'm a beginner to intermediate player on harp (used to basics in first position), and an intermediate to advanced guitar player. I've wanted to combine the two, and these have done the trick. The A harp is great for accompanying second position for blues in E on the guitar, and the C is perfect for my rendition of Piano Man. The G is just an awesome low chord harp on its own right. They're easy to bend or play straight. I was skeptical about the plastic comb, but not after playing them. Be sure to take the time to break them in before bending notes. I followed advice on a couple of YouTube videos and took about 3 days to break them in before I really laid into them. They may not fully need that, but I felt it was worthwhile to make them last a longer time - especially in the upper register. These will last me a long time, and will make me sound professional on stage for years to come without breaking the bank. Pro players may be able to tell the difference between these and $100+ harps, but my audiences won't!

Gonna make me a pro
Wonderfully made instruments. I’m learning to bend and these are the best for learning imo. Plus side that my kids can’t wait to get to school when I start playing. Will be buying more for sure.

Beautiful instrument
For personal use, learning the harmonica, but many musicians prefer the Special 20 as well. A reasonably priced, high quality, durable harmonica. Air tight, sweet sound. I’ve heard it’s sound compared to the more expensive Crossover, and honestly the quality seems comparable. It’s very comfortable to play, too. I ordered the bundle of Keys of C, G and A. I have a Golden Melody Key of C as well, which Is excellent. I have been happy with Hohner products.

Nice sounding harmonicas
I purchased this set for my son's birthday. He has recently expressed an interest in playing harmonicas to add to his repertoire he plays on piano and guitar. I did some research and found this was probably the best for the money. I wanted him to have several different keys of harmonicas for the various music he likes to play. Tried them out myself and found them to have good quality sound and easily able to bend notes, as well...not that I would call myself a musician by any means. I was happy with the Hohner harmonicas and he was too,

Nice deal, special 20 always quality, fast shipping.
I had hohner blues band set prior to this and I don’t really see that much of a difference. special 20 is a little easier or smoother to blow I guess. Like getting a new brake job done after riding the grind. Case is cheap and box looked like it had been on some kids floor for a year. Harps were flawless though.

My Favorite Harp
I’ve been playing harmonica since 1967 or 68. Yeah, I’m that old. The Hohner Special 20 is, for me, the best sounding, easiest playing harp on the market. The tone is exactly what I am looking for. Now….if Hohner would just get on board with the replaceable reed plate.

TERRIBLE!!!!
This was absolutely NO BARGAIN!!!! They arrived in poor condition, packaging wise. I wanted to take advantage of the sale price but it turned out to be a waste of money!!! Of course, when I opened the box, I tried to get the harmonicas out of the plastic cases. Two were almost impossible to open and the third one's case was broken with the top off of it. Then the first thing that I did was label the harmonicas then tried them to see if they played OK. The A harmonica sounds poor in terms of quality. And the first and second blow holes on the G harmonica are dead!!! NO SOUND CAME OUT OF THE FIRST and SECOND BLOW HOLES!!! This was a total waste of money!!!!! So now I got 2 crappy harmonicas for what I was expecting a great deal for 3 harmonicas. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!!!! Since I opened the box and played them, they are probably not returnable, but THIS WAS THE BIGGEST RIP OFF!!!!! I don't have money to throw away!! I DEMAND A REFUND AND I AM REPORTING THIS VENDORO TO AMAZON!!!!!
