Great no joke
Dislike that it a short fat pill, not easy to swallow. It should have beena little longer but skinny. The best about it, it really improved my glucose number right away. I was taking medicine at bedtime to have a better fasting reading in the morning. The doctor was talking about me taking insulin if it's not down on my next visit. Well I take the meds about 2 - 3 hours before bed but definitely 2 hours after dinner. At bedtime I take 2 cinnamon pills. When I wake in the morning b4 breakfast my testing is 102 - 110 this is great week for me. My reading is usually 185 or higher. I ordered another bottle so I won't run out.
