This is the best and most comfortable neck ice pack I've ever had, and trust me, I've had a lot due to neck issues. It's not as cold as a regular ice pack as it has some type of get in it BUT it's so comfortable and the added weight really helps. It wraps around your neck and velcros in the front. I have even gone to bed wearing this wrap. I just bought my second one so that I always have one ready in the freezer (IF I can remember to put it there !!).

Ironically, I've given away so many of them that I don't currently have one for myself! That's probably the best testimony I can give. As a professional who works with pain relief every day, I don't recommend products lightly. This one has earned my trust, and I'll continue recommending it because it consistently helps people feel better. I will also notate that I like to get the bigger size because it covers more area. The material is so perfect because you don't have to knead it to form it. It's already formed and very flexible and there is no leakage as far as any gel coming out or any type of sweat. You can also put this in the microwave and the freezer so you can do contrast therapy with it I always tell my clients put it on cold when it gets to room temperature put it in the microwave for a minute. Put it back on and that pain will just melt away and it's never as cold as putting actual ice on your back, it actually is made of like a neoprene type material. That is perfect. I highly, highly, highly recommended. I've easily sent this to over 150 people and now that my business is growing, I will be buying my own very soon because my sciatic hurts and my shoulders hurt and contrast therapy is one of the best therapies.

The wrap is soft and molds nicely to the shape of your neck. The Velcro holding the front ends together is strong but quite stiff so if you pull the wrap so it is snug then the Velcro scratches the front of your neck. My real issue is that it is not a cold as I would like. It’s good for sore muscles. I have nerve pain which needs a colder pack. I haven’t tried it warm yet.

Fits around my large neck and stays cold. I recently had neck surgery. Frequent neck and upper back muscle spasms has me icing regularly. This is a great product

The coldness of the item doesn’t last long but it helps cool down our dog when it’s really hot outside. We leave it on her for about 5-10 minutes and it works great. I would check with your vet before using this product to help cool down your pet.

Works really good for neck pain. I use it twice a day from strain sitting the computer and it feels amazing and reduces inflammation.

Expensive and doesn’t stay super cold but by far the softest and most comfortable cold pack I found for my cervical spine. Highly recommend if you need to control inflammation with regular icing.

Pro: Das Ding kühlt recht gut und bleibt auch im Gefrierfach geschmeidig und flexibel. Contra: - reicht überhaupt nicht an den Nacken heran. Die Passform ist grausam, egal wie ich es festmache. Meine Schultern werden ein bisschen gekühlt und das wars. Dafür war es nicht gedacht! Ist für mich also leider nutzlos. Wäre die Form anders, wäre es ein richtig gutes Produkt. Ich bin jetzt auch nicht sonderlich groß oder klein, dick oder dünn. So bringt das Ding leider gar nichts.

This is by far the absolute best cooling pad I’ve purchased. It is the perfect fit for the neck and stays cold for up to an hour and then cool enough for additional 30-60 minutes. It is high quality and I would highly recommend it.

Great product that works well for hot weather, especially when playing outdoor tennis. The only minor issue is that the black color absorbs heat and warms up faster than it should. Otherwise, great product.

Is perfect. just wish if was there smaller size!
