Well... I try to be as fair about my reviews as I possibly can and I think I pretty much stay true to the facts. I ordered these this past Saturday and they arrived today. So shipping gets an A+. I couldn't wait to get home and try them out. I was a little surprised that they were shipped in a manela envelope but they were inside of the original product box inside and there was no major damage to the packaging. The box got a little smashed on one side but again nothing major. Inside the box was the black storage case and an instruction booklet. The wireless headphones and all the different size attachments were stored inside of the black case. No damage. Once I got everything laid out I began reading the instructions to change the ear piece and holder because I have extremely small ear canals and always have to switch to the smallest size. It wasn't overly difficult to change out the pieces however the instruction booklet stated that all pieces are marked with an L or an R for left or right. And this was not the case. The only pieces that had the L or R were the average size ones that come already on the headphones when you open the case. So it took me a minute to just go through and get everything sorted to left and right and then I switched to the smallest size on both. They pretty much went right in my ears although I can't say for certain if they are a comfortable fit because it feels a little weird. But this is my first pair of wireless headphones and maybe this is something I will adjust to. Turning them on, pairing them to each other, and then pairing to Bluetooth went just as described in the booklet. Sound is very good. I mean it doesn't compare to my bose headphones but I didn't expect them to be. So as long as you aren't expecting Bose sound for department store pricing then you'll be good! So overall I think they are fine. I'm going to try them for a few days before I decide if I like them well enough to keep them or not! Good luck and hope this review helped!

I was a little hesitant to place the order, purely because I was unfamiliar with the brand, but am so glad I did. My primary use for them is outdoors while running and they did not disappoint. I never noticed the ear hook once they were in place, and more importantly I never had to readjust them. (I did switch to the small ear tips.) They do stick out a bit so if you knock them doing something like brushing your hair back, they will come loose. I knew from the start that they didn't have volume control on them therefore I won't deduct points for a non-existent feature. They connected easily to my i-Phone and they are remembered so the connection is even quicker after the initial time. Each ear bud connects independently, so they do show up independently in your list of bluetooth items, however it does not indicate which is left and which is right. Whether I am using the right or left bud, it has no problem connecting. Voice clearly states power on, power off and connected. I run with my phone below my hips (either in a back pocket or one on my leg) and experienced no interruption in connection or clarity. I am not an audiophile by any means but in my experience the sound is crisp and clean and that's all I really want. I've also successfully used one bud, while my daughter used another with both paired to the same phone. Again, no connectivity problems even when she ran ahead of me a bit. I was able to test call quality when I received a call while using them (this was with the right bud in) and the caller said they could hear me with only minimal wind noise. (I was walking outdoors on a windy day.) I have worn them inside also, with my phone sitting in one place. I did notice a few breaks in the book I was listening to if I went to another room, but overall sound quality was good. The ability to use them independently is huge for me as I generally only have one in at a time, so now I always have a spare. Finally, I love being able to charge them with a micro-usb instead of needing a special case- so much more practical when you are on the go. I have ordered an extra dual charger like the one that came with the earbuds but probably didn't to. Now the only thing remaining is to see how long they last. (As an experiment, we ordered my daughter the GRDE earbuds and they are the exact same product. These even say GRDE on the face. I, however, wanted the colors available with the FKANT's)

Sound is surprisingly good, but the technology isn't really that great. As others have mentioned, the battery life isn't terrific, but it's not terrible. They lasted me about 2 or 3 hours total.The problem with these ear buds is that they cut out every five or ten seconds, randomly. I used them multiple times, and the sound disappeared for a few seconds and returned constantly. Almost impossible to use them without feeling like you want to rip them out of your ears.Second problem is they're really hard to successfully pair with the phone. It takes several resets of the ear buds and the phone to pair them. In fact, the reason I decided to post this review today is I spent 20 minutes at the gym trying to pair the ear buds and had to give up.Not worth the trouble. I went back to my old reliable Sony earbuds. Wired, but at least they work!

Update: same review and stars for me. The company immediately refunded my return; they contacted me today and offered a free earbud for my dissatisfaction. I declined because of the fit problem, but I thought that was nice.Sadly I returned these due to them falling out of my ear. I loved everything else about them. they paired great with my android, so easy to use and nice looking. no wires at all and easy charging. I am a 5'5" female with average size ears, It wasn't the inside canal that didn't fit as there were 2 sizes of caps to choose from, the outside plastic pressed against the cartilage and they were uncomfortable. I had no trouble returning them after a week of trying.

These earbuds are somewhat difficult to pair and even then it is difficult to get them working. When they are working, one side will cut out and come back on inadvertantly and there is no base what so ever! I was very disappointed with the buds even though I had such high hopes from the reviews!

They sound good and the price is reasonable. It loses 2 stars because of the difficulty in getting the ear gels to fit and when wearing them you look like Frankenstein, had Frankenstein had ear bolts instead of neck bolts

for the price these are great ! i had some plantronics backbeat go2 and was not happy with the sound quality on those - way too tinny. The configuration / setup for these was easy. only downside is that they do poke out quite a bit from your ears (they are not what you would call "low-profile"

Great product for the price, Connects easily, sound is not excellent but I think it is the best you can buy with this price.
