Incredibly Helpful
I’ve been having painful frequent Braxton Hicks contractions and I was skeptical that this would help, but it has been a game changer. Gives so much support to my low back that I didn’t even realize how much I needed. Literally wear this all day every day and it’s comfortable, discrete, and most importantly helped reduce the contractions and pain.

Great quality for a great price
Short and sweet: this maternity belt is a great value for what you receive. If you need one, this is easy, comfy, and supportive. Would recommend.my Sciatica nerve has been pinched for several weeks now, my dr recommended I start with a maternity belt. I’ve avoided them because I just didn’t feel I would need one. However, I was desperate to try something. I haven’t tried other maternity belts but decided on this one because of cost and reviews. The quality of this maternity belt is great, especially for the price. Very pleased with it. I must admit I feel a little ridiculous with it (but slightly more attractive than other styles I’ve seen). That being said, I really do feel more supported with it on. I recommend putting it over a layer of fabric for the most comfort (maternity pants, tank top, etc.). I don’t have constant back pain, just my nerve that gets really irritated from time to time, but I do think it’s helped with the nerve pain to help relieve pressure from it as well and I imagine it will be wonderful for when I do get larger in the following weeks to come.

Great support, some quality concerns
The good: this belt is VERY supportive and versatile with it's adjustability, which I LOVE about it. During the earlier parts of my pregnancy, I wore it straight across my belly, and now that I'm 33 weeks it's more comfortable to wear it around the base of the bump. It's helped immensely with the round ligament pain I was experiencing all the way down into my groin area; it's also great for back support, which I need being on my feet a lot throughout the day. I wear it over leggings to exercise and run in, which I'm still able to do this far into pregnancy with the support of this belt! I also wear it during the day, but under the fabric of my pants instead of over. Which leads me to the few downsides of this belt:The not-so-good: this band can be pretty itchy. The fabric of other belts I have is much softer. I wear it over leggings when exercising for this reason, but for all-day wear I have to have it under the band of pants otherwise I have to take it off every time I pee, which pregnant ladies know is about every 30 minutes! The fibers have also started coming out and poking me, which you can see pictured. Because I have a few different bands, I don't wear this one every day and am disappointed it's not holding up better for how often I do wear it.Three stars for the excellent support, but minus 2 for the quality of the fabric/durability. Would definitely still recommend for the price!

Compared to Belly Bandit bands, this is more comfortable and cheaper!
I bought this band to have something immediately for support. My back was sore but mostly my low belly, hip and pubic area were killing me after a few hours of walking. This was just at the end of the first trimester, so I wasn't even bursting yet. I walk a lot for my work (nursing), and I needed something to help keep me on my feet the entire day. I was thinking I would buy several Belly Bandits to replace this "temporary band" once they arrived.Surprisingly, this belly support was way comfier than I thought. It immediately gave me the required support and alleviated my aches and pains. Together with an electric blanket that I use at night, I was able to get through the early growing pains with no issue. This band is comfortable, easily bends and shapes to your body (and belly), has enough stretch and elasticity to add as much or as little compression you'd want, and it's cheap. It stays put no matter what you do: walking, bending, sitting, even yoga. The velcro has enough strength to hold you in no matter how tight you want it to be. Compared to the Belly Bandit 2-in-1 Bandit, I actually prefer this band due to its comfort and soft texture. The 2-in-1 bandit digs into my hips and back when I sit, doesn't stay put if I bend or sit, is made of rough materials and doesn't conform as nicely as this band. It is also twice the price. The 2-in-1 bandit was such a disappointment that I immediately returned it the day I got it. I will just be getting 2 more of this bands then I won't have to worry about laundry days. The Jill and Joey band isn't very tall so it's perfect for petite women or women with short torsos. I feel like the Belly Bandit ones are made for taller women, which explains why the bands dig into my thighs/hips/back. I also got the Upsie Belly, which is made of softer material, like the Jill and Joey maternity belt. I kept that one for when I get bigger and is comfortable albeit a bit too tall for my short 5'5" frame. It can dig into my back when I sit if I don't position it precisely. And lastly, I also got the V-sling from Belly Bandit, which is made from soft neoprene. I also kept that due to the possibility of pelvic pain in the future. One may use it solely as a belly band, but it doesn't offer a thick/tall area for the belly so it doesn't offer much support in that region compared to the Jill and Joey. For washing belly bands, don't forget to close up the velcro side so it won't ruin your other clothes.Overall, I enjoyed this purchase. The quality, comfort, and pain relief it offered surprised me. And it really works! I recommend it to people who walk often with the occasional sitting and bending. It's soft enough to even do yoga with.

Does wonders for this 4th time momma!
This belt has made a huge difference on my heavy belly. I'm 25 weeks pregnant with my 4th baby. Even though my abs were in great condition, from working out before I got pregnant, naturally my body needed a little relief. This belt hugs my belly really well, I'm a size 8 and have a fit body shape. It still has plenty of room to expand for the next three months as my belly grows. I should have bought this for our second child because I could barely walk in my third trimester! This is wonderful! Dont hesitate — the quality is great and it will help your heavy small to medium sized belly.°°ONE MONTH UPDATE°°I'm now currently 28 weeks pregnant, having wore this everyday to do all my normal stat at home mom tasks. I'm on my feet constantly with homeschooling my 7 yr old, keeping up with my energetic 4 yr old and potty training my 2 yr old. This band makes a world of a difference! I wear it all day and when I take it off in the evening to relax with my husband, I literally can tell a difference when walking around a small amount. I'm so sore without it!!! My kids call it my big band aid...ha! I rave about it to my husband all the time and cant believe I made it through three other pregnancies without one. It still fits snugly and does not budge throughout the day. I'm very much needing it my last less than 90 days before baby comes!! Get this if you need convincing!
