=>I usually heat water to 180-190 degrees F. for herbal teas but this product's box suggested boiling water, so that's what I used.=>It's a bit pricey.=>The tea bag floats so I used a spoon to weight it to the bottom of the mug. ( I drink my tea from a double insulated 14 ounce coffee/beer mug.)=>The tea box is cellophane wrapped & seems to be air tight. However, the tea bags are in paper envelopes, not foil, not air-tight=>The string for the tea bag quickly came off once the bag was in water.=>The product's box suggests 3-4 minutes steeping but I got busy at something and left the bag in for 20 minutes. The tea turned out grrrreat!COMMENTS:=>This is absolutely deeee-licious lemon balm tea! In fact, it is the most flavorful lemon balm tea-in-bags that I have found after trying LOTS of other brands.=>Drinking it did the job I wanted -- that is, it noticeably enhanced my serenity but didn't make me sleepy (at 2:15 in the afternoon).=>It's aroma is altogether lovely.=>For future mugs of this tea, I shall continue to steep for 20 minutes. Hey -- there's no caffeine & I loved the outcome so..... why not?=>This tea arrives *fresh* because of the air-tight cello wrapping of its box. However, the individual bags are NOT in air-tight envelopes so I'm pretty sure that the lovely smell coming from the just-opened box means that the tea bags are exposed to air and will slowly lose their freshness. So I refrigerated the box & its contents.=>Okay, there are better packaged brands of lemon balm tea but I gave this lemon balm 5 stars because it is superbly flavorful & that is what I want from a tea. I can deal with strings that come off, & floating bags, and lack of air-tight envelopes BUT -- no matter HOW well a lemon balm tea is packaged -- if it has little flavor or calming effect, I cannot do anything about that except seek a better brand.Flavor & serenity -- Hanan lemon balm is my very favorite tea when I want to just kick-back, relax, & savor a cuppa.
