Never a negative with this - I've learned - much to my sorrow - that I only can miss about 2 days without taking 2 pills per day - am and pm - and be able to sleep and not hurt in my joints, muscles, etc. Been using this for several years. Can't do without it!

I dislike the fact that my second shipment haven't carried on time and I'm just about too run out of pills. However, I did receive email shipping will be running late. I use for Arthritis in my hands and wrist.
