This knife is GREAT. Has sharp blade, the angle of the blade is flat against the cutting board, which is what I needed. The handle is just the right size, I can make multiple cuts without aggravating my dominant arm lymphoma. Price was right, delivery on time as promised, perfect packaging, and I really like the knife shield that came with it. Perfect parking spot for this sharp blade.

We bought this as a utility knife to take with us when traveling. We like to buy fresh fruit wherever we go, so having a small knife is a must.PROS: Looks nice, with a good weight in the hand, and convenient size. Sheath is compact.CONS: The knife is NOT as sharp as I had expected, and over time, will likely become dull. Hopefully it can be sharpened well. Still, given it's size and the important sheath, this knife should work out okay.

This knife is inexpensive for nice quality and nice design. I use for my cocktail preparation cutting citrus and preparing peel twists. It takes a nice edge after honing to razor edge.

Finally, the paring knife of my dreams. I have bought other, more expensive knives and they don’t hold a candle to this one. Easy to make very thin slices of veggies- works better than my pricy tomato knife on tomatoes. I’m actually going to purchase another one because this one makes me really happy.
