super effective, breathable and easy to use
amazing product! it has saved my arm tons of times and its super lightweight, obviously super breathable and versatile. its a great size and super easy to adjust. it also fits well in my case with my bow so its always ready and available and I don't shoot without it (at least if I'm shooting my bow)

Do you really need it? Probably not.
I bought it for fear of the rookie error causing pain to my arm which already has neeve damage. The arm gaurd works but its not really that useful for compound bow. If holding the bow correctly the string of the bow wont impact my arm. It is not super comfortable and likes to ride up my arm towards my elbow.

A great arm guard with wide elastic straps. It is a tremendous value.
This arm guard provides outstanding coverage and is extremely comfortable.The straps are wide and elastic. Once you adjust their length, you can slip the guard on and off without fiddling with the buckles. You can also pull the straps to tighten them after the guard on your arm — again, no buckle fiddling.I'm 6'2" with longer-than-average arms. Some might even say simian. Even with that, this guard covers from 1" below the heel of my hand to 1" before my elbow. While I haven't tried it, I think the longer version would be too long for me and possibly for most people too.The guard arrives flattened and you can "flex' it a bit to fit the curve of your arm for an even more comfortable fit.For the (low) price, I can't imagine a more effective arm guard than this one.

Long, Stiff and Uncomfortable
The arm guard may work if you have longer, wider forearms but not for smaller people. I couldn’t bend my elbow with it on and it’s so stiff it doesn’t mold to your forearm nicely. Had to return it

Kept My Arm Safe
In learning to shoot my compound bow at home, I had poor form and caught my forearm with the string. I've since corrected my form, but this kept me safe from the string in the mean time just as it needed to.
