Awesome Camera! Awesome Customer Service!
I bought two of these cameras for my twin grandsons. They LOVE them, and so does my daughter!! They’ve taken them to school to take pictures of their teachers and friends. They’re quite a hit with everyone. They have a lot of different functions too, like music, games, etc. Also, the company provides great customer service and they are very fast with a response! One of the cameras had an issue with the door not tightly closing where you put the paper, and it wouldn’t print anymore. This was past the 30 day return policy, but they are sending a new one anyway!

Doesn’t Save Printed Photos
I’m giving this 3 stars because my kid loves to play with this camera, and print out tons of pictures at a low cost. We have had it for 3 months, and it works, but it has its flaws, especially when compared to other similar cameras. We have 2 thermal print cameras and this one doesn’t match up to our other one that we have. If the Joytrip thermal print camera had been in stock around my son’s birthday, I would have purchased that instead. Our other Joytrip camera is a better camera with easier features, and it saves the pictures when it prints. This camera that I got allows you to print the picture OR save it. Now once you save it, you can go back later and print it, but that’s hard for a 4 or 5 year old to navigate back and forth between printing and saving. My son is disappointed that when he takes a picture in print mode, that he can’t go back and find it again to reprint, like his sister’s joytrip camera does. This becomes a big problem when using the camera without paper. If you’re in the wrong mode, which can happen with a simple click of a button, then all the pictures you take aren’t being saved at all. It was a huge disappointment to my son on a trip when he was taking tons of pictures, but nothing was on the memory card when he went back to review them. The paper in this camera also tends to jam more frequently then the Joytrip camera. Another flaw with this camera is the latch door that holds the paper in. Unless you are firmly holding the door shut when tearing the thermal paper, it opens up and all your paper falls out into an unrolled mess. Extremely difficult for a 4 or 5 year old to do on their own, and becomes frustrating for both kids and parents. Overall it works, and my son plays with it and prints tons of pictures daily, but I will eventually be replacing it with another Joytrip camera.

Pretty cool
I bought this for my 5 year old as a bday gift. I think I've use it just as much as he has. Its not difficult to use. The only hard part for my 5 year old is tearing the receipt paper with out more pulling out.

Great while it worked. Died after 2.5 months company took care though
Edit to original review:Company reached out and took care of me. They do stand by their product so I will give them that for sure.Got this as a Christmas gift for my 5 yo. Great little camera while it worked. Kid took tons of pictures and loved how they printed out. It’s now mid-March and the camera only tuns on and doesn’t go past the welcome screen. Can’t take pictures or anything. Super disappointing and frustrating.

Either prints or saves to the SD card.
When in printing mode the camera does not save a copy to the SD card. This was not clear in any of the Amazon descriptions or in the instructions. Also we purchased 2, one for each of our kids, and one does not charge at all (i.e. it is dead and won't turn on). Sucks, because these were gifts from the Easter Bunny.
