Its a mediocre quality sofa, i have used this for almost 2 months and these are the points i want to highlightGood Things1) Its definitely value for money as u get sectional and piece by piece 7 seater2) It looked good initially3) Assembly was easyNot so good things4) The quality of the fabric is not good, we can see it already getting lint5) The wood used is substandard and i think it will not last for a year plus6) Its definitely not good for people with great height and weightwith shortage in the market i believe this was some online option i chose but its a mixed buy

Great bargain for the price and very comfortable. The sectional is very large. I used 2 unit as a seating area in my bedroom and still had a roomy sectional for the loft.

I HATE this thing. It’s too much of a pain to send it back, so I’ll suffer with it until it wears out, but I HATE it. The pieces don’t stay together well and are constantly getting shoved apart by my kids. My cats were able to easily tear the bottom off the very first day because it’s such thin, flimsy fabric. It collects lint like CRAZY. And it’s hard as a rock. It’s extremely unpleasant to sit on. I am very thankful I got it on a huge Black Friday sale, because it’s barely worth what I paid for it. I would have been LIVID if I paid full price for this junk. It gets 2 stars just for being a useable seat. That’s about it.

My family is pretty happy with this couch. We purchased it during a Black Friday sale ($600), so about half of the regular retail which should be considered for my review.It was easy to assemble. Came in 5 boxes, 1 really fast, 3 same day, 1 day later. Instructions are clear, and it's pretty easy to assemble. The hardest part is aligning the 'rails' for the back pieces, but you get the hang of it after the first one or two. The pieces are modular, so you can assemble each 'seat' into the couch you want. This is both good and bad. The bad, is that I wish there was a better way to connect the pieces together, they drift apart (forward/backwards, not side to side) with the included attachment brackets. Some slight modifications could fix that, and I will come up with something myself if it becomes an issue and it's probably not as big an issue on carpet but on tile they may slide. The good, is that you could assemble it into multiple configurations if so desired, like a 3 seat couch and a 2 seat armless loveseat, or keep some aside for replacement if the others are damaged or for size considerations. It would be nice if they sold some extra arm rests for customers to change their look around.The back pillows are very soft and comfortable, and the cushions are firm. Our 2 adult, 2 kid family fits comfortably when we're not fighting over the extra-cozy corner. We put some plastic attachments on the side to keep that suspicious looking cat from damaging it, she did manage to fray it before those were added.

1. Good price for it being on Sale2. BAD delivered only 1 piece of the sectional, 6 other pieces of the seating are missing?!3. BAD Wasted time on the phone calling to see what happen with my couch and then more time cause I had to see if the money was return, which it was thanks for that, but had to pick it up and then return it and then do it again because of what happens next4. BaD Bought again but not on sale anymore cause black Friday was finished but only bought it because it said Used-New which my guess its new its just a return item so I got it for the same price again YaY....but wait there's more! It looks like the same box I got the 1st time Lol5. BAD Item arrived!!!!! But don't get to happy yet guess what! ONLY 1 chair seating AGAIN LoL 😆I could of been wasting my time playing Call of Duty 🤣

We bought this on Black Friday and have had it for less than a month and it is already falling apart and the fabric is pilling. I am currently trying to return it and being told that I am responsible for purchasing the supplies to box it up. Amazon customer service has been no help, even though I have explained that the sofa is very defective and poorly made. It is uncomfortable, stiff, and falling apart already. We are very disappointed for many reasons. Save your money and don’t buy this!

It would be nice to get the full sofa. I just need pieces 2 and 3 . I just don't understand why this is a problem. I'm not going to throw a fit over not getting the whole sofa if I received it.
