I'm having a hard time seeing the difference between this one and the more expensive one. How long is the ruler and straight edge?

Everything is the same except the more expensive one has 4 grids whereas this one has 6 grids. The different seller is selling less for more money. What is the longest straight cut you can make?

16" at a 90 Degree Angle. 18" at a 45 Degree Angle. We also stock a 35" Beetle Bits Black Bar that would give you a 28" long cut at 90 Degree Angle.
