Excellent repair kit
Used it to fix scratches and dents in a carbon foil, perfect.

This is the one to get if you are repairing a fiberglass surfboard. I've tried other epoxy brands and they are harder to sand even if you get the ratios right. This works great, has the right amount, and is easy to mix the right ratios. It's not the cheapest, but will save you a ton of time vs cheaper epoxy brands.

Watch one of the YouTube videos about ding repair of an epoxy surfboard before you jump into this. Just like conventional resin except slightly less viscous, requires a heavier mix ratio of catalyst to resin and takes longer to cure. Eliminate all bubbles in any deep cracks. They tend to migrate out and leave craters that may require a refill. For deeper dings, cut up small pieces of glass cloth and mix with resin for filler. Use the mylar to squeeze out excess resin and ensure a smoother finish. Fix all dings and let the board sit for at least TWO days before sanding. My board is white and Krylon Gloss White (available anywhere) is the closest to spec I've found. Wet sand with 400 or finer and then take your time with a buffer.

Albeit, I was a little intimidated by the mixing process as a newby BUT this stuff super easy to use. If you can read the directions you can use this stuff and it works just fine. I bought this ding repair as opposed to the tube because, well, you get a lot more for a mere few dollars more. I used it to repair a fin that went AWOL (FCS plugs and all). I don't understand the low reviews on this stuff at all. If you were dumb enough to damage your board or had a honest accident with your board then I don't see any reason why you wouldn't be grateful for this stuff, unless you would prefer to fix your board with gorilla glue and house remedies. This Ding All provides an acceptable industry standard for repairing your board. This stuff works just fine in my amateur hands and I imagine that the results would be better in that of a experienced repair man.

Worked great on the board.

Nobody mention what to do when during the repair process a constant stream of air bubbles exuded from the damaged surface of the SUP. The air bubbles continually got trapped in the fiberglass cloth and resin. In the end, air bubbles were trapped in the resin when it was finally too hard to work. It remains to be seen how the repair holds up. If not for the air bubbles, I believe this to be a very useful products.
