This product has made it so much easier for my mom in assisted living to call us and have her emergency contacts at her finger tips !

This is a nice, basic telephone. The buttons are large. You press them until you feel a click. The sound from the earphone and the speakerphone is nice and loud. The ringer itself is also nice and loud. It has buttons on the top row for telphone numbers that you can pre-program. When I ordered this telephone, I didn't realize that it doesn't have a caller id display. If you don't care about caller id but want a nice, loud telephone, this one would work well for you.

At first this seemed like a perfect, second landline phone for my parents. But, sadly, it is already not working. This phone was delivered on February 4, 2022 and by March 12, 2022 it stopped working properly. The speaker phone is "stuck" on and no matter what you push, the speaker phone is on. My sister and I tried to fix it using the directions with no luck. We missed our window for returning this item, so we are now stuck with a phone that my parents can't use. It is disappointing after we spent a lot of time researching options.

Worked for a few months and now does not dial. Defeats the purpose of having a phone! Still accepts calls but no buttons work. Not worth the money.

Buttons were large and ease of use

Within a couple of months of purchase, the keys intermittently started not working. Within five months, we couldn't dial out because keys no longer worked. Amazon's instructions state to "contact the manufacturer" for warranty. It's some company in China and this phone model is not even on their website. Zero stars is the true rating for this phone. Buyer beware.
