Q: How long does it run on battery power?

Over a week. I forgot to plug it back in after a cleaning and refill.

Q: It appears the filters are still not available for this product. Will they be available soon or will I need to return the fountain?

I had no problem getting them from Amazon. Even had them next day with my prime acct. Search for Kastty filter. The two filters needed come in a set.

Q: The sensor mode light is blinking instead of staying solid. Is that normal?

In sensor mode, when someone is approaching, the water fountain can detect it, the water pump light will be staying on, and the water pump will start to work. If no one is there, the light on the control panel is blinking, the light on the pump is off, and the pump is not working.
