Another Amazing Dr. Chatterjee Book
I love the ideas, there is so much wisdom. Not a lot of wasted space...could easily read more than once and glean more or reinforce the ideas. I am already a fan but he does link to his podcasts in the book which is appreciated, not annoying. Because these podcasts are phenomenal quality. The studio he uses is so aesthetically pleasing. He is seemingly one of the most gentle and humble people and truly lives what he teaches. The idea of this book is that even if you are living the four pillars of diet, sleep, relaxation and movement, that there may still be "upstream" issues around your view of self and view of the world. He helps you unravel these dilemmas. Amazing content! Beautiful photos.

Excellent book, definitely worth the read!
I wanted to write a review because I just finished this book and it is excellent! It’s written beautifully with chapter guides and suggestions on how to really improve your own personal happiness. You can tell Dr. Chatterjee wrote this book from the heart. I also really appreciated the case studies he uses as examples as well as the pictures incorporated in the book. I feel he wanted to make reading it an experience and that’s exactly what he accomplished. I’ve already encouraged one friend to buy a copy, she did, and I gifted a copy as well. If you found yourself considering buying this book, take it as a sign to order it now! You won’t be disappointed. Happy reading!

I watch his podcasts on YouTube & he has talked with many experts. He is a physician & brings really experience to what he writes. He gives practical advice.

Easy to read, easy to implement
This book is full of extremely helpful advice that's easy to implement. My favorite suggestion was to move the apps where I tend to waste too much time to less convenient place on my phone. So easy, and I have so much more time in my day to be productive

I’ve been a listener to Dr Chatterjee’s podcast for quite a while and when I thought I needed an extra boost and ideas for the New Year I checked out the books. Great read, just like the podcasts it’s easy to understand and follow. The ideas and tips given are very accurate and have already made a difference in my life.

Easy to implement points n soothing style
I loved everything about this book. All the points are totally doable. The best part is that nothing is pedantic or prescriptive, we're sort of nudged into tiny baby steps to reinvent our health. The cherry on the cake for me was the style-- so soothing. Totally in awe
