the ad shows a head gear included with the nasal cushion, it does not.

This product is horrible. It looks like the original but it is NOT. There is supposed to be tiny holes in order to breath out but the are do not go all the way through. So you end up being smothered and poor sleep. I could not figure out why I was soooo sleepy the next day. Save your money and your quality of life. Shame on them.

Anyone who uses a CPAP knows there needs to be ventilation holes in the mask to prevent CO2 buildup and suffocation. this product does not have the ventilation holes and therefore is a health hazard. It should not be on Amazon.

Plastic was flimsy very unlike others reputable replacements, it does not attach to hose properly, falls out of lock in hose attachment piece.

it came in a box directly from china and had no traditional packaging or model/serial number. It does not even clip into the elbow it is suppose to attach to.

There are no vents in these and the material is cheap and probably unsafe. Avoid these.

It's a counterfeit cushion that they forgot to drill the exhaust holes so it doesn't work and will restrict your breathing. My lips started to go numb after ~30min of use due to the lack of exhaust holes.

Site implies the straps and holder are included, they are not. Its Chinese product that is overvalued. I would not buy again.
