Thought I'd try this after a recommendation from my barber. I use wax most days and this does a great job getting it all out. Leaves my hair feeling extra clean!A secondary benefit is that it's been keeping my scalp psoriasis under control. I normally have to use specialist shampoo at least 2-3 times a week but haven't used any for a couple of weeks now as this one has been doing the job.Will definitely be buying more.

This shampoo really does help with getting the wax out of your hair. Much easier than a standard shampoo, also comes with the added benefit of smell and looking great.

The idea of the Graham Hill Stow Wax charcoal shampoo, is simply use it in combination with you hair product and it should help remove the wax in your hair, the base ingredient charcoal absorbs the materials left behind, helping keep your hair cleaner and easier to comb. The color of the shampoo being black was a bit different to what im used to in terms of color, however that is the charcoal nature of the product.it goes on well, washes out easily and you can use it with his other products in the range, I actually have the wax, so kinda works well for its intended purpose. Love the bottle simple and effective.Pros: Black shampoo (Charcoal based), easy to use, nice bottle, smells fine, works well with the wax.Cons: Color may be different to what people are expecting from normal shampoo types.

If you use clay or wax in your hair this product is brilliant. It is surprisingly black in colour with a wonderfully sophisticated fragrance and deals with the inevitable build-up of wax like nothing else I've tried. A little goes a long way so it's pretty good value too.

No trace of any product residue left after usage

I use this to take my oil and wax styling combination out of my hair, it works well under warm waters, and just leaving it on for a few minutes dislodges and loosens the wax out of the strands almost entirely. I like ot use it in conjunction with another shampoo, or prior to my main caffeine shampoo, it seems to work best this way, I try not to get it on my scalp, as my main use is to remove the wax, and I don't want to dry my scalp.However, it can serve well as a general shampoo also, the charcoal helps to remove impurities and foreign residue.The bottle is small, it won't last a long time if you use wax everyday, but if it's an occasional thing, it could last months.

This is a great little shampoo that gets out extra waxy residue. The bottle design is super sleek and minimalistic, however 100ml is on the smaller side, so I would recommend you get this smaller size for gifting or if you want to try it out for yourself first. It would also be perfect for travelling!

Smells good, expensive for the size of the product. Otherwise, works all right for its intended purpose.
