Great Fit and Cushion, but Watch for Arch Support and Sizing
I recently purchased a pair of ASICS shoes, and I have mixed feelings about them. On the positive side, these shoes offer an incredibly comfortable fit and cushioning, which is perfect for long walks and light jogging. The softness and support in the sole make every step feel like walking on clouds. However, there are a couple of things to keep in mind before buying these shoes. First, if you need significant arch support, you might find these lacking in that department. I have fallen arches, and I had to insert additional insoles to get the support I needed. So, if arch support is essential for you, be prepared to make that adjustment.Secondly, the sizing was a bit tricky for me. I usually wear a size 12-12.5, but with these ASICS shoes, I had to size up to a 13 to get the right fit. It's crucial to follow the manufacturer's sizing guide and, if possible, measure your foot accurately before purchasing. This can save you the hassle of returns and exchanges. In conclusion, these ASICS shoes are a great choice if you're looking for comfort and cushioning, but be aware of potential issues with arch support and sizing. Make sure to measure your foot and consult the sizing guide to ensure the best fit for your needs.

Half-Size too Small
Great running shoes! Great, supportive fit! Great neutral to pronate stance support. However, the shoes do run 1/2 size smaller than the norm and as a result, the 11s that I normally order were too small. But, the 11.5s fit perfectly. Also know that the shoes run quite NARROW. This is not a problem for me as I have narrow feet. But people who are normal to wide widths will definitely have an issue. Apart from all of the fit idiosyncrasies of these shoes, they feel great and I love wearing them. As you can see in the picture, I have replaced the laces with Lock Laces; elastic laces that increase and enhance a shoe's comfort and also decrease injuries. All of my athletic footwear has them. I would never use a pair of athletic shoes without Lock Laces, I love them so much. Highly recommend the Asics, just order a half-size larger.

OK but..
I've been an Asics customer for years and have always loved them. While this is a comfortable shoe, I find the toe box is a bit too narrow and the insole a bit thin. As a result it isn't as comfortable for me as in the past, which is why I gave it only 4 stars. Other than that it is a nice shoe.

My go to!
The first pair I had got was defected, the bottom part was misaligned so it felt very weird but I sent it back and got another pair that was perfect! I always get these for running. They are inexpensive but last a good while. I had the old version before and upgraded to this one. They been doing me very good. They are very light and comfortable, sometimes I even wear them just as regular shoes when I feel like being extremely comfortable :)

Fits well, provides soft cushion when walking/running
I think this is one of the best running and walking shoes there is if you are on a budget. It is very comfortable and has really good flexibility and grip, so you use these shoes in any activities whether it is walking normally in daily life, hiking, or playing a sport. The shoe is stable and durable, and even now when I had it for 2 months it doesn't show any sign of damage. Overall, this is a good shoe and I would recommend.

Good overall shoes
These are good, affordable, overall shoes. I am about to purchase my 4th pair. I have had the gel 6 and 8, I find these to be the best bang for your buck for my feet.I am getting into marathon training (pegasus 40 and new balance 1080v13) and these still find a purpose in my rotation as a daily casual wear.I use these in the beginning for getting into shape. Casual 2-3 mile runs, around the gym, and light hiking trails (5-7miles). To be honest its my easy reach for anything aside from a 3 or more mile run.I am now about to get my fourth pair just for disney world versus using up my Pegasus 40 or nb.Tldr- these are a great value shoes. Solid shoes if you are just casually getting into shape, doing casual activities. It won’t let you down.

Best Bang For Your Big Foot Buck!
For the first time in my life I’m able to feel what it feels like when a shoe actually fits your foot perfectly like it’s supposed to.Measure the length of your foot from heel to top of your tallest toe. Write this down.Measure the width of the widest part of your foot usually just under the toes. Write this down. The length you want will be your length measurement + 1/2 an inch.If your foot is 4.5 inches wide or more you’re gonna want a wide shoe. But keep in mind one thing they don’t ever tell you to measure is your foots thickness. If your foot it kinda thick it might make sense to go for an extra wide because it will give you extra space to fit into.So I went with a Size 11 Extra Wide and it fits like a glove. For the first time in my life a heel isn’t moving around, my foot isn’t feeling totally crushed and there’s not too much space above my toes causing shoe creases.I also got these at a massive discount and am so thrilled with them I’m considering ordering another pair in the all black version. The first day I wore these shoes I felt so good wearing them that I walked 8 miles in them.Do yourself a favor, measure your feet properly and buy these amazing affordable shoes.
