Newborn Knotted Nightgown Long Sleeve with Matching Hat Set 3 Pack

The pattern is cute but the clothes have an intense baby powder smell that won’t wash out. I use fragrance free detergent for my baby and this smell was really overwhelming. I washed this with a batch of other baby clothes and it made my entire load smell like baby powder. I’ve tried washing the clothes twice more and the smell still won’t come out. I’m not sure what chemical or fragrance was sprayed on the clothes but it’s really unpleasant.

I don’t know anything about these because I bought them as a gift. Loved the idea you could knot the bottom. When my children were little they only had the gowns that were open at the bottom and they managed to always squirm their legs out of the bottom.

Fabric feels nice, seems well made. I plan to get a lot of use out of these. :)

PROS: So soft. So stretchy! CONS: Shoulders are a little big/wide/easy to pull down. Hats run small- especially if you have a big headed child like me 😄 hats ideal for new borns. Gowns grow with baby! Used for many months
