Sacha Inchi powder adds a well rounded protein to waffles, along with maca, and turmeric.The bag I bought initially had a pungent odor, but after nearly completing the whole pound into waffles I can't smell it anymore.

I love these! They have a nice nutty, roasted taste and a handful makes a very satisfying snack.

If you're wanting a powder to mix into protein shakes, this stuff definitely isn't going to work. It has a pretty good nutritional value, but the consistency is absolutely horrible. It does not mix well in water at all so you're always trying to swallow chunks of powder and a lot of the powder stays in the bottom of the shaker cup no matter how much you shake it. Because of how hard this stuff is to use and consume, I would not recommend.

Taste nutty no salt. So far not stale I just simply added to my recipes.
