Giusto SaporePasta Gift Set - Imported From Italy - Perfect for The Foodie In Your Life - Taste Of Italy Basil Tagliatelle, Tagliatelle & Barolo Tagliatelle

I ordered this gift set for my daughter and son-in-law during the Christmas holidays. After New Year's Day they tried out the food and absolutely hated it. They contend that the quality of the sauce and pasta is very poor and the ingredients used are less than optimum. They told me the Guisto pesto sauce lists sunflower seed oil as the first ingredient - " not a trace of olive oil " in the pesto. Further, they claim the sauce is "loaded with tiny eye-lash-sized bamboo fibers--an infinite number, impossible to remove them all." Also they said, "The tomato pesto tastes awful. On the level of tomato paste concentrate you squeeze from a tube." They hated the food so much they dumped it in the trash and asked that i refrain from purchasing any more Guido products for them. I did not order this gift for anyone else and it is the first time ordering this brand. As my daughter and her husband live several states away, I was very disappointed to hear that they found the food inedible. Last Christmas I sent a pasta gift box to them from another brand and received positive feedback in that case. I'll stick to ordering that brand from now on, but will steer clear of Guido's.

I bought this fir a raffle donation, the delivery box was fine but the inside gift box was ripped on the back. Totally unusable and not allowed to return 😑

I opened my box and decided to try the smaller size of pasta. I found bugs with wings inside of the bag. Had to throw the whole box away!!

You could go to the grocery store and get a better quality gift for half the price

I ordered this as a gift and it showed up with the pasta completely broken. You can’t return it, so don’t waste your money.
