The case is super cute and this kit has everything you need to begin felting EXCEPT instructions! Some of the stuff that came with it I have no idea what it is or what it's used for! I hoped there would be a few projects to try but alas there isn't... disappointing!! There's plenty of wool and the colors are gorgeous and good variety. Needles came in a protective case and there are stencils too! I think this kit is a good value for the money and it should last awhile. Only thing I would recommend for a complete beginner is getting a felting book that explains things unless you're happy with just stenciling!

love it wow has loads of goodies to use im constantly looking into kit but would of preferred if it had sections to hold everything as I like to be able to find thing immediately and you have to rummage. love the little packets of wool. they are perfect if you need just a teeny but of one color this kit helps immensly

Bought this for my 10 year old as she's been looking at it for quite some time. Directions were easy enough to understand, plenty of material to use, and makes cute critters.A needle broke in the process, but thats expected and the set came with extras. Very happy with this purchase

My 13 year old daughter loved doing this set. She’s new to felting. This kept her busy all day. Cute design.

Wanted to try felting this weekend with my aunt so I bought 2 kits for us to play with. Great kit, came with everything you need and more. These were both made with 1 kit and still have a lot of felt left. My aunt felted much tighter than me she wouldn’t be able to make 2 but still has a lot of felt left.Only complaint is the eyes are only flat on the back and you use hot glue to put them in, they kept popping out and was hard to felt the black line around.

The product comes in a super cute and nice packaging. The product itself is good too and I do like it. I even made the little bunny, it definitely is super easy to stab your fingers though.But one, kind of small but big problem:Just taking it out, I started to noticed an issue. I noticed a really foul smell on some of the items and the finger gloves by far were the biggest offender. I ended up wiping everything down with wipes, soap, handsantizer, and bleach. Most were fine after, but the glove fingers were not even after soaking in bleach. It smelled like mold.... I couldn't place the smell until I had someone who's a first responder, who also has dealt with many DOA's, so he's smelled everything foul and disgusting. He smelled it and even went eww and commented on it smelling like mold. I had been optimistic but it looked a bit nasty on the inside of the glove fingers (or finger cots). They truly did not smell right. I had to ensure I cleaned everything after that beyond throughly and poured straight bleach onto things after that. I wasn't taking any chances. I had to find small bags laying around after that to restore the items as the bags they came in smelled like pure mold and I just tossed those. The finger cots I kept just in case of me leaving this review but the bag they're in is starting to even smell like mold. Just felt like that needed to be thrown out there as if it is mold, that's less than ideal and not safe. I had stabbed my finger many times in doing just one of the little guys, so I'm glad I did clean what could be salvaged well as I can't imagine what could have occured hadn't I cleaned it so well. And even after that, when I did prick/stab my finger, I always cleaned it out/off immediately after before resuming the project.

It comes with everything that you need to start. I just started needle felting and it was very easy to figure out how to do it. I very much recommend for beginners, it's really fun

Really fun kit! The instructions are easy to follow with lots of written explanation, and pictures for each step of the instructions (which is actually even easier for me to follow than written instructions). The wool included in the kit is more than enough to make the featured character and accessories. I made a few slight adjustments to mine to make mine into a unique little friend but having such clear pictures of what to do made it easy to customize my kitten!
