What is the voltage on the scala1-3-45 is it 120v? 230v?

The voltage on THIS scala 1-3-45 is 120v. There is another pump with the exact same model available elsewhere for 240v.

How well is the product packaged for shipping? Just don't want to have the issue of opening box with a cracked case.

I will be taking water from a storage tank and running a 5 gpm tripod sprinkler that is 450ft from the tank. will this pump handle that?

It's depends on the pipe size and type and if you are pushing water uphill. If you are using 1" SCH40 PVC pipe or larger, and the elevation is flat, then yes, it should be fine.

Can this pump be used outdoor?

Yes, but you'll need to insulate/protect it from freezing temps.
