I appreciate the science behind the Cellular Transport Technology (CTT), which claims to hydrate 2-3 times more efficiently than water alone. The flavors are pleasant, though some might find them a tad sweet. Mixing is easy, and the single-serve packets are convenient for on-the-go situations. My only minor gripe is the price point; it’s a bit on the higher side. Nevertheless, for the benefits and convenience it offers, I find it to be a worthy investment for my wellness. Highly recommended for those in need of efficient hydration!

These were recommended to me and so I gave them a try. I’m not sure what it is about them that’s different from all of the others…but they are! Head and shoulders above every other brand I’ve tried. They genuinely make me feel better and taste great to boot! I wish they made them in sugar free, but at least the sugar content is minimal compared to others. Five stars for sure!
