Very good customer service and support
First let me say I was hesitant to order this because of the mixed reviews. However after calling their costumer service , with the return policy, I decided to order. I have a 2021 Sienna we just purchased, not knowing there was no CD player in it. I received the player yesterday and installed it today. Very easy installation. Plugged it into my USB outlet meant for the IPhone. With my engine running, I inserted a cd and about 5-10 seconds later it appeared on my screen, then under songs showed a menu of my songs. (No titles though) I must say that the cds in this player sound 100% better than the stupid Sirius radio in my truck! I don’t know why Toyota cannot get a decent sound from their radios. My 2013 tundra had a great stereo and CD player. I was going to replace my stereo but now I won’t have to. The CD player seems to boost the wattage of the system. CDs sound great! I mounted the player inside the center counsel with a large piece of Velcro. Seems very secure. Very happy with this CD player. I would call the company if you have any questions.

A great CD player for anyone without one in their vehicle.
I purchased this CD player to use in my Mercedes because just like so many new cars it did not come equipped with one. I am very well pleased with the unit and it works great. It was very simple to install (just a matter of mounting the unit and hooking up the cable to the USB C input in the car). I installed the unit in the center console compartment of the car with Velcro and it remains out of sight when I close the 2 lids on the console. It has great sound quality and the unit does not ever skip with the audio even with some of the bumpy roads and speed strips in some shopping plazas. The unit also works great with the main computer audio display and touch controls of the car. I would recommend this unit to anyone who has a large CD collection like myself and enjoys listening to them while driving their vehicle.

Doesn't play all CD's
I purchased this for my car without a CD player. It was easy to set up, seemed to work well, good sound, connected with car, etc. However, it would not play many of my music CD's. I have been collecting music for years, and I note that some of the older cd's don't display what is playing, no big deal. But when some of my oldies wouldn't play at all, I decided to return. Wouldn't play some of my old George Strait's, that is unforgiveable!

Works great in 2021 Rav4
As with most others, I bought this CD player for use in a newer vehicle that does not come with a CD player.I have this in my 2021 Toyota Rav4. The most convenient and easiest place to install this player on my car was in the storage slot right above the glove compartment. It is still within easy reach for me. It would also work if I placed it vertically in the arm rest compartment. I used the two way sticker which was included to hold it in place. I plugged it into the USB slot that's under the AC/Heater controls. The USB slot HAS to be one that both transmits power and data and it won't work with one designed for only charging. After plugging it in, put a CD in it. The radio will then take about 10-15 secs to read the CD. You then choose USB on radio screen to start playing. So far it has played all CDs I put into it, new, old and even CD-R. The sound it provides sounds great. The only glitch I experienced is it stopped playing one time. It was fine after I restarted the car. That has happened only once and hasn't had a problem since. The only thing that it has not done with any CD is provide any album/song names even with CDs which I know do when played on other CD players. So with this "imperfection" I don't give it a perfect 5 rating, but give it a 4.5 rating and definitely recommend this player.

Works on Tesla model 3
Everyone should know this works great in my tesla model 3. I bought a usb adapter cable and plugged it into the forward center console bay. It stands upright with a slight lean to the rear. The upper slide cover closes 90% of the way. I am happy with the way it looks. A cd installed takes about 15 seconds to read and activate, then a usb option comes up in the tesla media display. Select usb, select a track and music plays. On entering the car the next morning, usb music auto starts playing once again. I can use voice commands to pause and play the music, and the left scroll wheel selects tracks and volume.
