Wanted Selenium from a natural food source. I only need one nut a day to achieve the daily dosage of 55mg for female adult, and they're absolutely yummy 😋!!!

I love these nuts. I eat 2/day to make sure I get enough selenium. Plus they're delicious. So much better than just swallowing supplements.

I buy Brazil nuts for my family simply because it is the best source of selenium which is a highly underrated mineral for our diets. Selenium in high amounts can be toxic but getting the right amount (roughly 200 mcg for adults) daily has powerful health benefits. It is known to prevent certain types of cancer with breast cancer being at the top of the list. Just one or two Brazil nuts per day is all that is needed and it is recommended to not eat more than that on a regular basis because of potential selenium toxicity. These are raw and organic and are high quality.

I purchased these nuts on advise from a site recommending to eat just one a day which is what I've been doing.They're fresh, mildly crunchy and tasty plus give me my daily silenium allowance.Will continue buying these healthy, enjoyable nuts.

there was not a whole brazil nut in this entire bag. It was all crumbles and quarters and halves of brazil nuts - worst of all they were all rancid and brown all the way through. I have bought the real Brazil nuts from this company many times in the store and the quality was good - whatever they’re selling here on Amazon is like the leftover bottom of the barrel garbage that are long past their expiration date, and maybe they’re just hoping people won’t return them, trying to offload their garbage to suckers. So disappointing.

Not a fan a huge fan! They are average. I do like the consistency. They seem softer than any other nut. I guess with salt they cld be good with salt.

I purchased the Brazil nuts because I’ve read they are nutrient rich. This brand says it’s sourced ethically and processed to maintain its nutritional value … I choose to believe this.
