Promogran Prisma Matrix dressings are made of a freeze-dried composite of collagen (55%), oxidised regenerated cellulose(ORC)(44%), and silver (1%). Promogran Prisma dressings promote healing and protect the wound from infection. When Promogran Matrix comes in contact with wound exudate it turns into a soft and conformable gel. It can be used under compression therapy.
