Vinyl Self Stick Floor Tile 3023 Home Dynamix - 1 Box Covers 20 Sq. Ft.

I was looking to replace a few of these tiles in my apartment kitchen that the corners had lifted and broke off. I was glad to find an exact match to the tiles my landlord installed a few years ago. Thats pretty much the only positive that came from these. Almost all of the tiles have tons of scratches and/or chipped corners, I'd say maybe 4-5 were undamaged and usable. Also these are pretty expensive considering my landlord bought the same ones for $8.99 for a 30 pc box like 3 years ago.

When they arrived, some of the tiles had busted corners. The damage was usually to entire boxes, not individual tiles within a box. The rate of damage was about 20% overall, but with careful selection (placing the damaged tiles in places where the tile had to be cut to fit anyway), all of the damaged tiles were able to be placed so that the damage does not affect the final floor - in fact, all of my leftover tiles are intact tiles.Due to previous experience with stickdown tiles sliding, we used a separate adhesive. This has worked well. I don't know how well the tiles would have worked without it, but with the glue, none of the tiles have slid.The final floor is lovely - nice and classic. So far, the tiles are holding up well.

The vinyl tile I chose worked out very well in my small kitchen and gives it an updated clean and modern look.The pattern was a little darker when installed, but overall, I'm pleased with how it turned out.

They don't stay put. Painter blue tape will pull them up.

Easy to stick& they stick pretty well without extra adhesive, as long as the area is prepared correctly.
