Only dropped a star because two of them had a bit of plastic which had melted into the threads which needed to be reamed out. Other than this minor quality issue, perfect for the job.

Smaller than expected but still functional to use on a small thread. What I needed these for they are too small for but that is maybe due to my miscalculation of the diameter of the hole rather than an error in manufacture. My stepfather though is actually happy I got these as he is in the process of building one of his many projects and knows theh will be ideal. He likes to invent things now that he is retired so loves anything like this plus he also has fans in the house where the plastic head has broken but these sit perfectly on the end to aid in the tilt of the fan.

I use these to make sliding jigs for woodworking mainly, or to secure threaded equipment to the workbench, if it is stuff that I need to put in and remove often.Seem sturdy enough and they fit M6 threads.The price at the moment (£7) is pretty good for 10, also considered that they are not a very common items and makign your own takes time..Not sure how well they will take humidity, so I grease the metal part to keep corrosion away.

These 'female threaded' knobs (nuts), have a good finish and are good quality. The price inserts are of high quality and they look like they will be very sturdy. To save plastic, the molding has a cavity, which doesn't detract from the overall quality although I would have liked the underside of the star-shaped mould to have been smoothed off a bit, if these were going to be used on projects where they would need to be turned often.

These are of reasonable quality thou one of the set of ten had the internal nut misaligned within the plastic. Still, over all they met my requirement, and would happily buy more.
