The instructions say spray on the dogs gums but also on the container it states "FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY" how can the these two instructions be correct.

My dog just swallows the foam. It's a battle trying to open his mouth. Once opened it is easy to spray the foam in but he just gulps it down!

I've been using the water additive for a few months . I tried this foam, and my dog loves the flavour and lets me squirt the foam on his lips, then he licks it off. I opened her mouth and bravely sniffed her breath yesterday and it smelled minty fresh! a good product i must say.
