Bought this as a replacement and it does a great job cleaning our floors. It heats up quickly and provides a strong stream of steam. It does sometimes leave a little excess water, but dry times are better than previous units we've owned. The cord length is great reduces your time cleaning a large room. It would have been nice if the company had put a molded snap clip on the plug to help keep it place.The swivel head works great in the bathroom around tight spaces. The handheld unit works well with the various attachments. It did a great job on my shower door and water facets.Overall, we are very pleased with the purchase and value.

What I like best about this one is that it comes with additional small attachments that I use for small harder to get to places. It also has large pads which allow for shorter mopping time. Also a good price.My only issue is that it lays down too much water when mopping which means it takes (comparatively) too long to dry.

I am remodeling my kitchen and need to remove old glue from laminated tiles. Very messy process. Some people suggest heat gun (I tried) but it did not work. I got the steam cleaner and voila, it did lift the tiles and glue from the plywood. Now I do not use in my Harwood floors, but on my kitchen and Bathroom tiles. Still works fine. Purchase date February 05, 2025. Review on May 20. Not sure how long it will last, but so far excellent.

So happy with my purchase. Have used it several times and it does the job but also sanitizes, which is what my goal was. Switching the pads is so easy and they have kept their shape from the wash. Excellent purchase!

I have always wondered how a steam mop would work on my floors and now I know...Perfect as perfect can be, The unit assembles easily, heats up quickly and frankly does a good job. I love my new steam mop
