I have been using this masque for few months now. It's deeply moisturizing.You should definitely try to use it damp hair.The appearance of my hair is not poofy at all after using this.Overall looks and feels great. I have 3b 3c curls with low porosity.Works decent.

3b-c Caucasian curly hair. (People sometimes ask where I got my nice perm!) Got very dry using very expensive curly hair products, so I decided to try Cantu again. I use this once a week for 30-45 minutes using a shower cap. My hair is shinier and less frizzy without a feeling of "it's still there" after rinsing. For a day, maybe two, my curls are softer and somehow more feminine, I think. Maybe even a 3a.I love it and won't go back to more expensive brands again. Cantu "gets it."

This is a GREAT product! It is VERY thick, smells very nice and leaves my hair very soft and moist. I use it with a plastic cap and then wrap my hair in a scarf to create heat and it has repaired and restored my hair to a great healthy state. I will keep this product in stock - it is a must have (yes I said must have twice)

Does help my husband kinky curls. He loves it!

I bought some Cantù products due to the great reviews they have. While they define my curls pretty well, I also find that they’re really sticky and my hair gets some “white” stuff, like white dust, dandruff… makes me a little itchy too. But other of their products work fine
