Nutricost Chromium 1000mcg, 240 Tablets - Gluten Free, Non-GMO

I’ve been taking this for about 3 months now and can genuinely tell a difference from when I am taking it versus when I’m not. I overall have more energy and feel like I’m retaining less water weight. I’m also sleeping much better! If you have PCOS like me, I’d highly encourage you to look into the benefits of taking it!
