Great product
Love this stuff. I use it on my feet at night. I slather a bunch on and put on cotton socks. My feet are super soft and calluses are gone. This product does vary in color and hardness and I've received it in both types of packaging. Its all the same and all works great. Its a natural product and thats why it varies. You can't beat the price point for such a great moisturizer.

Sent wrong one and it smells like chemicals
Arrived cracked on bottom. Is not the yellow one I ordered. This one is white and smells. Made my skin irritated

Delivery prompt and on time just as stated .
Product good quality. Have used Shea butter for years to combat my dry itchy skin , hair and scalp . I've tried other Shea butters over the year some of which were okay others not so great having a gainy texture and or a funny order . This Shea butter is one of the better ones . I recommend and will purshase again .
