This product would originally get a 3-4 star review, but when you buy a product you don't just buy a product. you buy a guarantee from the company saying " This is our work. It is the best we can make it. If something is wrong with this product, we will do what we can to rectify the problem." I did not get this with this headset.The headset quality was decent for the price tag I paid for it. I didn't want it for gaming, or listening to music. I just wanted to listen to audio books from a distance. The headset did an ok job. I could hear the words and it was decently clear. within a few months of listening, the power port became lodged into the headset itself from plugging the headset to charge every 4-5 hours.I call Philips about the issue. It took months to get a response on how to fix it. At first they said they would send a box. Then they said they would send a check. Then they said they merged companies and would not honor my replacement.After 2 months of battle, they finally agreed to send a check. Thank god. I will never buy a Philips product again in fear of dealing with their customer service.

This is the second pair of these I’ve purchased. The first ones were black and after about 2 months one of them started sounding very staticky. I loved the comfort and the case is perfect. There’s a charging case and a zippered outer case with a mesh pocket inside. I use the pocket to store the wired ear buds that came with my phone. They don’t take long to charge and I get somewhere around 3 hours of straight listening before I have to switch over and let them charge.I recommend the black over the white. I wear them at work and people keep thinking I have an earache and have cotton in my ears 😂Just a couple of days ago one of the white ones started sounding staticky. I do use them at least 4 days a week for about 3-4 hours. I don’t take the rubber pieces off and they haven’t gotten wet, so I don’t know what’s causing them to do that.They are really a great product, I just wish they lasted longer.

Don’t waste your money. You gotta put the volume almost at maximum for you to get good sound quality. The battery life is only 1 hour to 1 hr 30 minutes. I had to get it replaced the first time because one of my earphones just did not work so they replaced it but honestly it sucks because you have to keep charging it just for it not to last that long.Update: It’s been less than 6 months and now the charger doesn’t work.

I bought these to listen to music and YouTube videos while I work since my office does not have or allow music without headphones. I needed something that was obvious I was wearing so people didn't talk to me thinking I could hear them, something that lasted the whole day and something comfortable enough I'd want to wear it all day. This does all that.Great sound and I like the volume control feature. Excellent range. The charging connection is kinda stiff but since other reviews put me on notice that is this thing's Achilles heel I always make sure to insert and unplug carefully. They fit well and keep charge for about 8-10 hours after charging overnight. I have taken phone calls with these on and the people im talking to tell me that they hear me just fine (although I feel weird because I'm sure it looks like I'm talking to myself at my desk). Very easy to pair and connect devices quickly every morning. I've been using these 8-12 hours everyday for roughly six months now and they still work like when I first put them on. Very happy with them.I don't know why anyone would pay more for headphones that do the same thing.

The sound quality is good enough. I’d never say great, but definitely good enough. Very low volumes may be less than ideal in loud places, but the sound cancelation is truthfully decent. My only real complaint is that the right earbud I received likes to cut out and disconnect occasionally, as well as not charge properly. I think it is just defective. Overall nice headphones. The freedom they give is really great. Wires suck. I just wish the R worked better. Comfy too btw. Looks only kind of silly as they’re bulky but I couldn’t care less

These headphones are exactly what I was looking for. They are comfortable to wear for long periods of time. affordable, and the sound quality is great. They are a little odd to wear when watching a movie because of the tiny bit of lag in the sound. In a past life as a theater projectionist I am more prone to spot this than most others would be, so I am not going to mark it down for that as it is truly minimal and I am not sure it wouldn't be the case with any bluetooth headset.These are also great for use with my 4-year old. They fit well enough to not fall off and there are no wires for her to chew on, which is how I lost my last pair of headphones and her pair before that.I enjoy the white color, and dirt has not been a problem, but I mainly wear them around the office.I have paired these with my laptop, Samsung Galaxy phone and iPad, and all work great! Highly recommended if you are in the market for a pair of wireless headphones.

I love this stuff, when everybody is asleep I turn the speakers off and pick the headset up and turn it on - it automatically syncs with my Android tv box via bluetooth. The battery charge last a long time, many nights of usage without charging. Its charged via USB micro. Has a volume control on the right side which can also be used as next and previous function. The headset is also equipped with a tiny microphone hole, but havent tried it out.I bought two headsets, as I thought I could connect two at the same time to my Android Tv box via bluetooth - but It doesnt work because of bluetooths shortcoming. So you can only use one at a time that way.It has a mini jack input so you can hook it up as well. I tried connecting one headset via bluetooth and tried linking it to the other one via a two way mini-jack cord... but it doesnt work...as soon as you plug in the mini jack you cut off the bluetooth connection.
