Q: I'm looking for something just like this but to wash silverware, has anyone used this for that purpose?

I run my bar knifr and bar spoons between the bristles all the time. Not what it is made for but for a staionary brush underwater it works.

Q: How can I get three new suction cups to replace the ones that are on there now because they don't work??

Q: Will this work on baby bottles?

No. You won't be able to get to the bottom and up into the neck. You won't get them clean enough and would have bacteria grow.
