Great weight and maintain a sharp precision cutting edge
Wish I had this advantage when I worked prep in a high-value unnamed restaurant.Superior quality steel maintains cutting quality, bones don't chip the leading edge, and can be sharpened to my demanding specifications.Larger, more ergonomic grips would make these supreme, but for the price, best deal going, especially for home use.As with anything contacting poultry (and all raw proteins), maintain cleaning and washing anything to prevent possible cross/bacterial contamination. No way anyone gets ill because I was negligent in my kitchen.Yes, I like them a lot. Doesn't hurt I also wear Fortem Level 5 cut resistant gloves (Amazon.ca) when I designate myself as the household kitchen "chopper". Safety first.Bottom line: a sincere "buy".

Buenas tijeras
Son estupendas ya tenia otras compradas hace como 8 años o mas y ya no cortaban bien , que mas pedirles por eso compre otras iguales de la marca y espero me duren como las otras, las uso mas que todo para preparar el pescado me gusta la pesca y son estupendas para cortar aletas y todo en general muy contento con ellas las recomiendo
