Sturdy and Reliable Bed Frame with good customer support.
The bed frame initially impressed with its sturdiness and lifting capacity. However, after a year, the motors developed a rattling sound, a problem that required technical support to resolve. While the support was helpful, the rattling persists intermittently, suggesting some loose, unsecured internal components. Despite this, the bed frame's overall performance remains satisfactory after 18 months. PS: The amazon care didnt help much and had to constantly follow up with sleep company customer support to get the needful done.

Good for acid reflux, pregnancy
We were planning to upgrade to a motorised recliner as the manual one we had helped reduce severe acid reflux and had almost finalized a deal until we saw this bed in an outlet. It was a no brainer investment and the bed has been wonderful. Delivery was quick and installation done next day. Go for it if you have gerd and can't lie for hours after food.

Poorest post purchase support
Though the product is very useful in terms of its feature, the problem is post purchase poor support. No one turned up for six days despite priority requests quoting my aged parents. Finally had to assemble it on my own (luckily has all the tools). The best part is the Rep who came on the seventh day was all alone. He expected the customer to help him in assembling the bed which is close to 70-80 kgs. This is just not acceptable after spending close to a lakh.

Extremely poor customer service
I have 2 beds and mattresses from sleep company. The product is comfortable, the build quality is average, but the installation experience is atrocious. They cut corners by sending just one person to do the job, knowing fully well that it needs at least 2 people to even lift their mattress. When we called the company line the lady at the other end first tried to browbeat the technician into installing by himself, when that failed, she basically said there is nothing she could do. Extremely poor customer service experience makes me regret purchasing this bed.

It is a fabulous bed and I would definitely recommend it. Extremely relaxing and comfortable bed
