Dorman 264-908 Passenger Side Engine Valve Cover Compatible with Select Ford / Lincoln / Mercury Models

Works on a 2007 f150 5.4L just fine!

Fit my 04 F-150, doesn’t match OE for my model, as it has the 14 bolt pattern. But this one works just fine and no leaks. My only complaint is that in order to check/swap VCT solenoids with this valve cover you have to take the whole thing off. You don’t have to with the older style as the gasket opening is twice the size of this one.

Used this Dorman product on a 2007 F-150 5.4 that had a broken timing chain guide that was projected through the front of valve cover. Valve cover comes with all bolts, grommets and gasket already installed. The original valve cover had Fifteen retaining bolts, Dorman's cover only has eight. The cover fit well and had no leakage issues at the time of this review.

Worked fine, but I do recommend purchasing FelPro gasket separately.

I was informed by ford after searching for several weeks that all 14 bolt valve covers had been discontinued. The 9 bolt is a direct fit replacement and works well. No issues so far

Way better than trying to reuse your old valve cover comes with bolts and gaskets already installed so saved money on having to by those as well. Worked great for my 2007 Ford FX4

Came complete with gasket, seals and mounting bolts, ready to install. Was the perfect fit for my vehicle, made a otherwise horrible job just a little bit better
