Best running pouch ever, especially with a leashed dog
Love this pouch!! Fits an iPhone 7 regular size nicely; would also fit the plus. I run 50-60 miles per week with my dog tethered to me. This belt is slightly padded so absorbs some of her pulling and saves my back from jolts. It will work well for ski-joring, too! The Velcro is very secure, wide, and covers a big chunk of the waist circumference. I know the Velcro will eventually wear out and am tempted to get a backup pouch now to be sure I have one when that happens! I haven’t used the water bottles with it yet, and can’t figure out how the bottle holders “fold” up into the belt as the description says, but having them empty/unfolded doesn’t bother me at all.

It's ok and better than my old pack that was losing velcro "stickyness"
It's ok and better than my old pack that was losing velcro "stickyness". Couple of things that keeps me from loving the product.1. Putting the water bottle back in the holder requires 2 hands. You will not be doing this will running. Requires a walk or stop. The holders are elastic only, so they do not hold form like some of the higher end belts.2. Water bottles are smaller than expected. My bad, they were described fine, but they were smaller than my other belts. Not a huge deal, as they work for the shorter runs.3. The belt has no elastic in the waist fitting. It holds, but it doesn't feel as "snug" as ones with elastic.Overall it's a good belt and worth the money. The biggest issue is with the re-insertion of water bottles. Having a plastic holster would have been a better solution IMO.

Nice belt with some minor concern about durability
I like this hydration belt for its adjustable waist band. It has a wide velcro area that allows endless adjustment for waist size. I keep it fairly snug to my upper hips and it stays where I put it. The bottles are of a sufficient size for runs of reasonable length if you aren't a guzzler. The pocket is perfect size for my cell phone (Moto G5) and now I can sync it with my Fitbit to map my runs. The pouch will accommodate a car key or other small item but not much else if the cell phone is in there. I probably could have rated this belt 5 stars if it was more durable. Unfortunately after 5-6 runs with it one of the elastics meant to keep the water bottle extra secure ripped away from the belt and is now useless. I don't hold out much hope for the other one since it is attached the same way. The elastic strap over the bottle doesn't seem necessary anyway since the bottle sits in its holder quite securely without the strap. So nice belt but durability may be a recurrent issue.

Good belt but poor quality
The blue bungee cords broke off before I even took this product on a run. The belt itself is nice and the pocket is big enough for what I need. I wouldn't have used the bungees that much anyway but I hate that it broke so easily.

Very Comfortable, Holds Everything You Need it To
This belt is great! Holds plenty enough fluid (for a half marathon distance run for me at least) and the pouch is great for those energy gels (GU is my gel of choice) as well as any ID or credit/debit cards you may need at the end of your run. The bottles do not bounce around like many other belts as they are held down tight by the adjustable elastic straps with sliding fasteners. Also, if you want it to this belt can hold your race bib (although I always find that any belt holding my bib gets in my way...). The velcro fastening around the waist can be effectively tightened and does not come loose while running in my experience. I used the belt to PR a half marathon and I highly recommend it over some of the more expensive options out there. All in all a great product and well worth the buy!

Bouncing left bruises
I really wanted to like this belt. It is well made, and the pocket fit my iPhone 6 in its otter box case plus keys and my wireless ear buds. However, I could not get it comfortable. I tried it on my hips (horrible bounce and slid up immediately), in front (bouncing on the bladder!), and finally settled on wearing it at my waist with the pack and bottles in the back. However, to get it to an acceptable level of bouncing, I had to secure it very tightly around my waist. This was uncomfortable, and after 8 miles, I had bruises on my back where the bottles were that lasted a few days. (And yes, I did have the bottle nozzles pointed away from my skin.) For reference, I am 5’6” and 122 lbs. I also contacted customer service to ensure that there wasn’t some trick it didn’t know about since this is my first hydration belt, and while they were very prompt and courteous, they were not very helpful and simply referred me to the photos on their amazon product page for examples of how to wear their product. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this belt. I was gifted a Nathan hydration vest and, while more expensive, I believe it worth every penny if you’re going to do long runs. It is comfortable and truly had ZERO bounce.

Do the purpose...
Is roomy inside but doesn’t have inside pockets for your ID or good for large people ...Is lightweight and the bottles are the right size and they don’t bother you when you run...

Almost perfect
This belt is almost perfect. I got it for work. It fits great. Holds my iPhone 6S with large case as promised. The pouches I use to fit my own slightly larger water bottle and work radio.Problem: In my opinion, the velcro sides are attached backwards. Meaning the soft side faces out and the rough side faces in. I think they should be the other way around. If you use the belt as is, the rough side of the velcro faces toward your clothes. It attaches to the fibers and frays them when you pull them apart. Also makes it hard to spin the belt when wearing it. I'm constantly twisting it throughout the day to adapt to what I need at work.Solution: I'm going to have to cover the non overlapping rough velcro to fix the issue. It's not a deal breaker or anything but it would have made my life a lot easier had the manufacture just put the soft velcro side facing toward the clothes.
