Although you mention fiberglass walls, I assume it would work the same with an Acrylx wall with same gap between bathroom wall and show unit wall ?

Can you use it on a cement wall?

I need a little more clarity on your question, but I will try to answer. If the shower wall is against the cement then you do not need THe Solid Mount. However, if there is a gap between the cement and the shower wall (7/8" - 2 1/8") you can with the correct concrete fastener and correct length lag bolt for your application. The face plate is approx 2-7/8” diameter It’s for a 3” grab bar flange
