I am 16 weeks pregnant with my second child and in my first pregnancy wore one pair of Cherokee maternity scrub pants. Needless to say those are a little worn out now, so I decided to go for these to beef up my maternity wardrobe. I am so happy I chose these scrubs over another Cherokee pair. The material for these pants is awesome; it's not the cotton look like the cherokees but has a smoother, wrinkle free fabric that looks very clean and sleek. The band is high enough on my belly that I don't foresee any problems as a I get bigger. I normally wear a L or XL in pants (5'5'', 180lb) and I ordered a medium in these based on other reviews. I was nervous because I haven't been a medium in a long time, but these mediums fit great! A little snug in the hips and butt, but nothing I'm not comfortable wearing. In fact I like the slightly tighter look because I feel more put together; most maternity clothes are baggy and make you feel like a slob all day! I highly recommend these pants, but definitely order a size down!

At 18 weeks, my bump wasn't big enough to hold these up, and although they're comfy, I spent my shift hiking them up. Now at 21 weeks, they are great. Comfortable for all 12 hours of my shift. The front is a bit baggy and frumpy like in the pictures, but hidden easily with a longer top.
